The overall structure is firm and the safety is high, so this product is still used in some places where conditions are not good. Disadvantages: FRP is easy to age, fade and crack. The steel pipe has rusted for a long time.
The third generation slide is a product after 2008. Its top is made of engineering plastic, and its skeleton is galvanized steel pipe, sprayed with paint. The top and skeleton are connected with stainless steel gongs and wires through aluminum alloy fasteners after drilling. The engineering plastic of the slide is double-layer hollow and flexible, and the rotational molding process is one-time molding. The outside is smooth, and beautiful patterns are produced at one time. The steel part: the steel structure of column and steel plate is adopted. The column is a steel pipe with a diameter of 114cn, and the gangway steel plate is 120cm wide, which is more loose. The overall structure is quite solid and the security is extremely high, so this product is often favored by some high-end users. This is the best choice for kindergartens. It is safe, durable and highly ensures the safety of children.
